Hand wash with a pH-neutral soap and a soft mitt. Keep a pressure washer away from the edges of the vinyl, and skip automatic brush washes.
PPF is a physical film that stops rock chips and scratches. A ceramic coating is a thin, hard layer that makes paint glossy and easy to clean, but it will not stop a rock. Many owners put PPF on the front and coat the whole car.
